A person with questionable wisdom once told me that the only way to survive med school is by way of making good choices. In first year, you choose between books and transcriptions. In second year, you choose among transes. Which ones to read and which ones to forego. ICC year, err, bleeeh. Clerkship finals season, you choose among subjects. Which ones to pass and which ones to fail! So Ophtha, OB, Neuro, Surgery, Pedia? Eenie meenie miney mo? Or do I not choose and just skim the tops off everything? Or ya know I can drop em all and just keep on watching my TV series backlogs. Barney Stinson's much more appealing than say, abnormalities of the placenta anyway.
